One of the most significant revisions to the AP US Government and Politics course is the addition of a list of 15 Supreme Court cases students are required to know in depth. This knowledge will be assessed in a free response question (FRQ) on every exam that will require students to compare the facts, issue, arguments, or decisions in one of the required case to a non-required case.
