Your client needs your help to decide whether they should submit an amicus curiae brief to help a current case OR help individuals bring new lawsuits to the courts. Your clients can use the courts to further their agenda in several ways. Your job as their political advisory team is to determine which of the two ways is better. Today is dedicated to research and tomorrow you will write the memo.
