Objective:SWBAT apply equal protection precedents by evaluating college admissions policies. Required Activity:Review at least one of the Current Events above, as well as at least one of the videos below, to clarify your understanding of Affirmative Action as it relates to Equal Protection. Then, use established equal protection precedents, the videos and current events to complete the Discussion Questions and Trustee Activity on pages 3-4 of Document 9.
Closure:After completing the Required Activities, respond to the Schoology Equal Protection Discussion Board as well as complete the Sample AP Questions on Affirmative Action in Schoology. Both have a soft due date of Sunday, April 5. Answers to Today's Warm-up:C, D, C
