Incorporation Doctrine Case Comparison:
Rejoin your COLOR group and collaborate to convey the facts of your assigned case. Upon completion comparison case notes, differentiate between selective and total incorporation.
Student Rights:
Work with your TABLE group as you analyze one case and prepare to describe the circumstances. Once every group has explained their case, we will apply what we have learned to a new scenario.
