Objective:
SWBAT describe certiorari, as well as evaluate cases to determine if they qualify for certiorari.
Warm-up:
All phones should be in the caddy at the front of the room. Remember that academic honestly includes not discussing your FRQ outside of class, as well as not attempting to copy from someone in class. You should only have a pen or pencil and the FRQ answer sheet on your table. When you are finished, place your FRQ on the counter in the folder marked with this period and wait patiently.

Use the resources provided in the Granting Certiorari Folder on Schoology. After reviewing the summary, video, or PowerPoint, collaborate with your Table Group to answer the associated questions. Prepare to discuss your responses. Upon clarification, work with your Table Group to apply what you know about Certiorari to the sample cases posted in this week's Resource Folder.
